1. Over the age of 30, at least 5 years of translating work experience (this requirement may be loosened to certain extent for translators of rare languages and specialized fields);
2. Accomplished at translation accompany interpretation, consecutive interpretation or simultaneous interpretation of certain industry field(s);
3. ?The ones who have experience studying or working abroad will have priority (please state clearly);
4. Freelancing full-time translators will have priority for long-term cooperation (please state clearly);
